1. How do I track my warehouse?
All products that are taken into the warehouse, is tracked with a base weight, height and unit with lot and serial
number and created barcodes.
2. Is lot and serial number tracking possible?
For sheet metal, all pallets that are taken from vendor are followed with their lot and serial number in the system.
3. How is the relation maintenance done?
A control of bought and sold products according to the contracts with suppliers.
4. Can I track the delivery vehicles?
Vehicle tracking systems (arvento etc.) are integrated to metalXtra system. Informations of the products that are
in vehicles and informations of the drivers and trucks are tracked instantly on the map.
5. How is the delivery plan done?
Present order; in the metalXtra system, stowage plan is done to delivery received based customer factory/warehouse area.
6. How to make production planning?
The orders that are created for production are added to the machine plan pool. The machine's workloads and periods
are calculated and production planning is made.
7. How can I track incoming orders?
All incoming order's work order processes are tracked. The order process detail can be shown with work tracking system.
8. Is it possible to do a stock cost analysis?
The sale of products with a profit below the minimum profit margin will be prevented with configurable parameters.
With that a negative profit is prevented. The real profit margin is calculated with all possible inputs. The sum of logistic
and workmanship costs are taken out from the profit margin to get the real profit amount added to the purchasing price.
9. How can I track my critical stocks?
When stock quantity is equal or lower to critical quantity, notification email is sent warning of critical stock.
10. Can I create a limit for customer?
A balance and open order limit can be created to prevent further sales without advance payments.
11. Can I track receipts?
The receipt amounts of the orders collected at the time of the order or to be paid upon delivery can be tracked on the basis
of the driver or sales personnel.
12. How to do pre-accountancy and staff track?
Current, safe, bank and check / promissory note can be tracked with the tax implementations. Also, employee's personal,
timekeeping and payroll tracking can be easily done with the metalXtra system.
13. Can I track periodic machine maintenances?
Maintenance planning of the machines are created at specified periods. The results of the maintenance and cost information
are entered into the system and a forward-looking tracking system is created.
14. Can I do traffic insurance, inspection and periodic maintenance of company vehicles?
Traffic insurance, inspection and periodic maintenance information of all vehicles defined in the metalXtra system are tracked
in the system and the transactions made are entered into the system. At the same time, the information of the vehicles arriving
at the time of the transaction is sent to the relevant email addresses via the warning system.
15. According to what criteria can I count my stocks?
Stocks can be filtered according to warehouse, stock group, quality, thickness and width-length. After the stock counting starts
according to the determined criteria, it is closed to sales until the counting ends.
16. Can I upload supplier price lists to the system? Can I update stock purchase prices automatically?
According to the determined template, supplier price lists can be uploaded to the system and stock purchase prices can be updated.
The uploaded prices are stored retrospectively.
17. Can existing stock and customer informations integrated to metalXtra system?
Stock and customer informations that exists in a legacy erp or account program are integrated to metalXtra safely with no data loss.
